Our Refund Policy

At illusion Dubai, the refund policy is meant to stay simple: if the visit falls short of expectations, you may ask for reimbursement within three days of attending.

You may speak with our reception team after the visit or contact us through the website. Most refund requests are reviewed in a practical and accommodating way.

Refunds are normally declined only in cases where the policy has clearly been misused on purpose — for example, an obvious attempt to secure free admission unfairly.

This satisfaction guarantee applies to individual visits and small groups (up to 10 visitors). For group bookings of 11 or more visitors, if fewer people attend than originally booked, a partial refund for absent visitors may be issued, up to a maximum of 10% of the total booking price.
